Returns & Lost Parcels
1. Returns
14-day return policy from the date it is received. You have 14-days to notify us about your concerns about your product.
Garments can be exchanged due to a change of mind for a replacement or store credit only.
Upon receiving your garment(s), Dooks Nuts Clothing kindly asks you to inspect your order thoroughly.
If the garment item is defective/damaged in any way, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately via email at infor@dooksnuts.com so that our team can evaluate your concern and correct it as soon as possible. Please include photos of any damage or fault on the item. Include as much detail as possible to aid us in correcting the issue of concern.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags and labels attached, and in their original packaging.
*Garments that have been soiled and/or worn (e.g., deodorant marks, cigarette smoke, or body odor) will not be accepted for an exchange or store credit.
Please note: The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using tracked shipping for returns, as Dooks Nuts is not liable for lost packages during the return process.
All returns will be fully investigated and inspected. Please allow up to 7 days for the inspection.
Refunds will only be granted for items with genuine defects. Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Incorrect sizing that causes stretching and seam damage
- Stains from makeup or fake tan
- Wear and tear from usage over time
- Damage due to improper care or neglect

2. Lost parcels
Lost and/or damaged parcels:
Much care is taken to package and ship your garments.
However, in the unlikely event that the courier (domestic) has confirmed that they have either damaged or lost your parcel in transit, we will do our best to assist you in getting the best outcome possible. The courier is responsible for the fast and safe delivery of your order, and a tracking number will be emailed to you for you to track your parcel. In most cases, if the customer reaches out to the courier, the courier will compensate.
